Bases are very important in origami. They are basically shortcuts to making a bunch of different models.
They provide a generic, easy to memorize starting point to make a diverse group of models.
 1) Get a square of paper. White side up will make a colored waterbomb base. Colored side up will make a colored diamond base. |
