Origami is the art of folding paper. There are thousands, no millions of models all across the world. More are being invented every day. Origami complexity ranges from simple 4-fold hearts to complex animals to even more complex yet simple modular structures like the Infinity Cube. The creators of this website came together to bring free instructions everyone who wants to learn the fantastic art.

Paper

One of the most important parts of origami is the paper. Without it, you couldn't fold anything. Origami would never exist! On this website, we defaulty use a square of 15cm by 15cm. That's about a 6" by 6" square. You can use whatever is on hand for you, and it will work out fine. Some other sizes we use are the regular sheet of paper (or just a rectangle) and an index card.
